Milestone completes the design and construction of residential remodeling and new custom home projects, as well as, specific designs provided directly by the owner. This is accomplished as a team effort between the owner, designer, and contractor with great emphasis on budget, planning, and scheduling. Milestone provides expertise in dealing with challenging zoning and flood plain considerations and in the design and construction of special foundations so often required on lake projects.
